This stunning hand carved skull is made of serpentine. Ancient empires like the sumerians and assyrians often carved serpentine to make wax seal rings.
This lovely skull has a stunning chartreuse green and light grey patterning. As far as skulls go, this carving is one of the best we've ever found. It features hollows in the mandible and temporal bone and it has an amazing weight to it.
Spiritually, serpentine is a very protective stone. It's known as a great stone for new beginnings, resilience and flexibility.
